Off-site prices:
$40/hr off-site
PC Tune-up $79.95
Install /Reload OS (Windows or Linux, also includes available updates) $65.00
Spy-ware/Mal-ware/Virus Removal $75.00 - $150.00
Installation of internal components (memory, hard drive, etc.) $20.00
Internal cleaning of pc $20.00
Drive Ghosting $85 + (depends on disk size)
Minimum $40 charge for laptop diagnostics (fee goes towards final bill if we repair)
Minimum $20 charge for desktop diagnostics (fee goes towards final bill if we repair)
Data Recovery - Please call or e-mail for pricing
Data Backup charge minimum of $20
Non-OS software installations -Microsoft Office, etc (includes all updates if any) $35.00
Phone support is available for $40/hr and is billed in 15 minute intervals. Only available for existing customer's. (Free for all new systems we sold to customers during first year of warranty)

$50/hr on-site + trip charge
OS Reload – 99.99 (does not include any other programs,printer setup or data transfer)
New Computer Delivery and Setup Fee $50.00
Minimum On-Site charge $50 + Travel Fee
On-Site Training (Hourly Rate) $50 + Travel Fee
$100/hr business network repair/install/server repairs/installations/setup + trip charge
In-Town Basic Computer Pickup and Drop Off (please see travel fee)
Travel Fee - Local Area - Waterloo & Marshall NO CHARGE
Travel Fee - Outside of local area up to 20 miles $10.00
Travel Fee - 21-50 Miles $15.00
Travel Fee - 51-80 Miles $30.00
Travel Fee – 81-100 Miles $50.00
Travel Fee – 101 Miles + Call for pricing
Emergency after hour calls is $85/hr (After 8pm weekdays, 5pm weekends) + trip charge
