Labor Rates & Fees:
$40/hr off-site
$50/hr on-site + trip charge
In-Town Basic Computer Pickup and Drop Off (Includes Waterloo, lake Mills & Marshall) $15.00
Travel Fee - Local Area - Waterloo/Lake Mills/Marshall NO CHARGE
Travel Fee - Outside of local area up to 20 miles $20.00
Travel Fee - 21-50 Miles $35.00
Travel Fee - 51-80 Miles $50.00
Travel Fee - 81-100 $75.00
Travel Fee - 101+ $100.00 +
Minimum On-Site charge $50 + Travel Fee
On-Site Training (Hourly Rate) $50 + Travel Fee
Drive Ghosting W/CD or DVD Backup $60.00
Install /Reload Windows OS (includes available updates) $65.00
Spy-ware / Virus Removal $75.00 - $150.00
Installation of internal components (memory, hard drive, etc.) $20.00
Internal cleaning of pc $20.00
New Computer Delivery and Setup Fee $50.00
Variouse software installations (includes all updates if any) $35.00
Emergency after hour calls is $85/hr (After 8pm weekdays, 5pm weekends) + trip charge
Phone support is available for $40/hr and is billed in 15 minute intervals. Only available for existing customer's. (Free for all new systems we sold to customers during first year of warranty)
